湖州学院是一所全日制公办普通本科高等学校。学校前身是成立于1999年的湖州师范学院求真学院。2021年1月,经教育部同意转设为公办普通本科高校,更名为湖州学院。学校现为浙江省应用型高校建设试点院校。

目前学校占地面积500余亩,规划中的新校区位于浙江省四大湾区之一的南太湖新区,规划用地1000亩。新校区建设秉持“亚洲最美大学”理念,集现代化、智慧化、生态化、人文化于一体,将于2024年落成使用。

学校拥有工学、理学、经济学、医学、文学、艺术学等学科门类,拥有附属医院2所,与电子科技大学长三角研究院(湖州)、湖州市中心医院等为战略合作伙伴。现有以理工类专业为主的36个本科专业,全日制在校生近8000人,规划在校生规模达到10000人。现拥有机械工程、药学2个省一流学科,在电子信息、健康护理、经济贸易等方向建有省重点专业1个、省一流本科专业建设点4个、省新兴特色专业3个、省优势特色专业2个。

一、岗位需求

(一)顶尖领军人才需求计划

面向全球,引进顶尖/领军人才。

涉及学科:计算机科学与技术、信息与通信工程、光学工程、材料科学与工程、控制科学与工程、机械工程、电气工程、护理学、药学、中国语言文学、新闻传播学、设计学、应用经济学、管理科学与工程、工商管理、马克思主义理论等学科。引进待遇“一人一议”。

顶尖人才包括:诺贝尔奖、菲尔兹奖、图灵奖等国际大奖获得者、海内外院士及海内外具有与此相当学术地位和成就的专家学者。

领军人才包括:浙江省“鲲鹏行动”计划入选者、小型国家院士、国家级领军人才、国家“万人计划”人才、国家杰青及海内外具有与此相当学术地位和成就的专家学者。

需求人数:根据学校学科发展需要设置。

(二)学科带头人、方向负责人需求计划

本次计划引进学科带头人、方向负责人共36名,学科带头人职称要求正高级,学科方向负责人职称要求副高级及以上。具体岗位及要求详见下表,应聘人员如有特殊业绩,经学校认可,博士研究生可不受学历学位、职称、学科等条件限制。

学术领军人才(A类)

A1类:

中国科学院院士、工程院院士、中国社会科学院学部委员、荣誉学部委员、发达国家院士,诺贝尔奖、菲尔兹奖、图灵奖、普利兹克奖等国际性重要奖项获得者,国家最高科学技术奖获得者,以及具有与此相当学术地位和成就的专家学者。

A2类:

国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者、“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授、国家“万人计划”杰出人才、国家级教学名师、国家“特支计划”领军人才、国家级引才计划入选者(创新人才长期项目,不含青年项目)、省“鲲鹏行动”计划入选者以及海内外具有与此相当学术地位和成就的专家学者。

学科带头人(B类)

B1类:

国家“特支计划”青年拔尖人才、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者、中科院“百人计划”入选者、百千万人才工程国家级人选、浙江省特级专家、浙江省“万人计划”杰出人才、浙江省“钱江学者”特聘教授、浙江省151第一层次人才工程入选者以及海内外具有与此相当学术地位和成就的专家学者。

B2类:

年龄一般不超过50周岁(业绩突出者可适当放宽),在教学科研一线工作,能够胜任本学科核心课程和前沿课程的讲授任务;具有正高级职称,且一般应具有博士学位或为硕士生导师,一般应具有国家“双一流”建设高校或重点研究机构学习或工作经历,在相关学科具有较高声誉以及海内外具有与此相当学术地位和成就的专家学者;具有很强的团结协作精神和学术组织管理能力,能统领现有学术队伍开展高层次的学科建设工作和学术活动。

近五年,具有本校认可的B2类人才相对应的科研学术成果。

学科方向负责人(C类)

年龄一般不超过45周岁(业绩突出者可适当放宽),在教学科研一线工作,能够胜任本学科核心课程和前沿课程的讲授任务;具有高级职称和硕士以上学位,国外一流大学、国家“双一流”建设高校、国内外著名科研机构培养的博士研究生优先,在本学科领域具有一定的影响力,学术科研业绩突出。

近五年,具有本校认可的C类人才相对应的科研学术成果。

学术骨干(D类)

年龄一般不超过40周岁(业绩突出者可适当放宽),在教学科研第一线工作,能够胜任本学科核心课程和前沿课程的讲授任务;具有高级职称,国外一流大学、国家“双一流”建设高校、国内外著名科研机构培养的博士研究生优先,在本学科领域有较强的研究创新能力和发展潜力,学术科研业绩较突出。

近五年内,具有本校认可的D类人才相对应的科研学术成果。

中青年人才(E、F类)

E1类:海内外优秀博士

1.年龄一般在35周岁以下,能够胜任本学科核心课程的讲授任务。

2.具有博士学位,国外一流大学、国家“双一流”建设高校、国内外著名科研机构培养的博士研究生优先。

3.近3年内,具有本校认可的E1类人才相对应的科研学术成果。

E2类:特殊学科的优秀博士

年龄一般不超过35周岁,能够胜任本学科核心课程的讲授任务;具有特殊学科、专业(计算机科学与技术、机械工程、控制科学与工程、电气工程、护理学、金融学、设计学、体育学、马克思主义理论)的博士学位,国外一流大学、国家“双一流”建设高校、国内外著名科研机构培养的博士研究生优先。

E3类:博士研究生

年龄一般不超过35周岁,能够胜任本学科核心课程的讲授任务;具有博士学位;有稳定的研究方向,发表过本学科高质量的科研论文,具备教师基本素质和一定科研能力。

F类:优秀人才

1.年龄一般在45周岁以下,在教学科研第一线工作,能够胜任本学科核心课程的讲授任务。

2.具有高级专业技术职务且具有硕士研究生学历学位,国外一流大学、国家“双一流”建设高校、国内外著名科研机构培养的研究生优先。

3.有稳定的研究方向,近五年主持或作为主要参与者参与过省部级及以上课题,发表过本学科高质量的科研论文,具备做教师的基本素质和科学研究的发展能力。

如有特殊业绩,经学校认可,A-F类人才均可不受上述条件限制,首聘期内目标任务根据实际另行约定。学科专业根据引进岗位特点并结合教育部学科目录设置进行审定,涉及相近、相关专业,按适岗优先、适当从宽的原则把握,并以学校认定意见为准。特殊学科人才的引进条件可适当降低,未达到高层次人才引进条件,而学科和专业建设急需的人才,经报校长办公会审议同意后,按急需人才引进。硕士研究生招录人数与通过资格复审人数达到1:3比例开考,博士研究生或具有高级职称的报名人员不受此限。

浙江大学临床医学博士后项目:

一流的附属医院和实力雄厚的临床学科是临床医学博士后流动站培养高端医疗人才的有力保障。2015年3月,全国博士后管委会批准同意浙江大学为全国首个临床医学博士后培养项目试点单位,自此起,浙江大学已通过此项目选拔招收博士后520人。

临床医学博士后项目以建立中国特色的、具有国际竞争力的医学拔尖创新人才培养体系为目标,浙江大学医学院毕业后教育办公室负责培养质量监控及各院系优质教学资源的共享,在现有国家住院医师规范化培训方案基础上,对临床医学博士后进行为期三年的个性化培养和强化训练,贯彻医教研协同,围绕“重临床、强教学、促创新”培养理念,利用多学科交叉、多导师协作、多维度教学等方式,全面提升个人的临床岗位胜任力、教育教学能力和科研创新能力。

项目旨在通过以“高标准、严要求、强保障”为特征的临床医学博士后训练,培养造就一批高层次、国际化的复合型临床医学创新人才,提升我国健康产业的创新能力和国际竞争力。

浙江大学医学院附属第四医院是学校直属的综合性附属医院,是集医教研于一体的、浙中西唯一一家省级综合三甲医院,于2014年10月开业,规划床位4300张,在2021年全国1355家三级公立综合医院中排名升至第63名,居全国三级公立医院前5%,连续三年蝉联国考A+等级,浙江省排名第7。

依托于浙江大学实力雄厚的临床医学专业,并且随着“三院一体”建设的逐步推进,医院已连续3年招收7名临床医学博士后入站,现诚邀海内外优秀博士加盟浙大四院,共谋前沿医学发展!

Job description

Recruitment conditions:

1、德智体美劳全面发展,身心健康,无违规违纪等不良记录;

2、年龄在32周岁(含)以下(1991年1月1日以后出生);

3、国内无人事劳动关系,且尚未获得国家级住院医师规范化培训证书;

4、依托浙江大学博士后流动站,涵盖内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、麻醉科、急诊科、神经内科、神经外科、皮肤科、眼科、骨科、耳鼻咽喉科、精神科、影像科及口腔医学等各类临床专业;

5、应聘人员应为2023年6月将获得博士学位的临床医学八年制应届毕业生,或2022年9月—2023年6月获得博士学位并已取得执业医师资格证书的临床医学博士,以及近三年内获得博士学位的新近留学回国人员,不含延期毕业人员。

Salary

定向型:

1.薪酬待遇:年收入23-28万元以上;

2.编制保障:报备员额,五险二金,解决户口;

一、学校概括

二、博士后队伍概况

学校高度重视博士后队伍建设,确立了博士后队伍作为学校师资队伍重要后备力量和创新人才重要组成部分的发展定位,将博士后队伍建设纳入学校师资队伍建设工作全局中统一谋划、统一部署、统一推进,不断推动博士后队伍建设。

学校现博士后在站规模720余人,博士后科研流动站17个,其中,航空宇航科学与技术、机械工程、管理科学与工程、计算机科学与技术4个博士后科研流动站在全国博士后工作综合评估中获评为优秀,在工信部所属高校中排名第二,在江苏省高校中排名第三。近五年来,学校累计引育博士后创新人才支持计划4人,博士后国际交流计划项目22人,获批中国博士后科学基金项目204项,国家自然科学基金198项。1人获得“玛丽·居里学者”人才计划;在首届中国博士后创新创业大赛中,8个项目入围全国赛,两位博士后分别获银牌和铜牌。45人入选江苏省卓越博士后计划,申报获批率达83%,在江苏省内高校中位居前列。获批项目总计500余项,总经费达5794万元。举办国家级博士后论坛1次,有力提升引育平台影响力。

五、岗位设置

长空博士后:主要面向国内外知名高校优秀博士毕业生,根据学校师资队伍建设规划招收,从事专项课题的研究工作,并承担适当工作量的教学任务和实验指导等,可在校内外科研教学活动中使用助理教授头衔。

科研博士后:依托博士后合作导师,根据科研项目研究任务需求招收,从事专项课题的研究工作。

浙江大学杭州国际科创中心(简称科创中心)是新时代浙江大学和杭州市全面深化市校战略合作共建的重大科技创新平台。科创中心一直以打造世界一流水平,引领未来发展的全球顶尖科技创新中心为目标,面向国家重大战略、区域发展重大需求和国际科学前沿,聚焦物质科学、信息科学、生命科学的会聚融通,致力实现科技创新与产业创新的双向联动。

申请人条件:

1. Outstanding Youth Science Fund projects overseas, the applicant shall meet the following conditions:

(1)to comply with PRC laws and regulations, has a good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the new era scientists spirit;

(2)出生日期在 1983年1月1日(含)以后;

(3)have a doctoral degree; and

(4)研究方向主要为自然科学、工程技术等

(5)在取得博士学位后至2023年3月15日前,一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位,且具有连续36个月以上工作经历;在海外取得博 士学位且业绩特别突出的,可适当放宽工作年限要求;

(6)Made counterparts experts recognized scientific or technical and other achievements, and has become the academic leaders or distinguished talent development potential;

(7)the applicant has not been a full-time return home(China)work, or 2022 years 1 month 1 day after returning(China)work. Funded notification must quit work abroad or overseas without a job, full-time repatriation(China)work of not less than 3 years.

2. Limit requirement

The implementation of the Central departments concerned about the National Science and technology talent program integrated convergence requirements. The same level of National Science and technology talent program can only take one item, not the inverse hierarchy of the application.

宁波东方理工大学(暂名)是一所由宁波虞仁荣教育基金会捐赠举办,并得到国家和浙江省支持,以及宁波市重点投入的高水平新型研究型大学。学校定位高水平、创新型、国际化,着重培养“理工类拔尖创新人才”,瞄准关键核心技术,特别是“卡脖子”问题,加快技术攻关,规划建设理学、工学、信息、商科四个学科群及特色人文社会学科。以产业应用牵引基础研究,实现基础、应用、产业的贯通,提升国家自主创新能力和核心竞争力。

宁波市东方理工高等研究院是宁波东方理工大学(暂名)的筹建主体,由中国科学院院士、原南方科技大学校长陈十一出任院长。学校永久校区位于宁波市甬江之滨,占地2300余亩,已于2022年12月底正式开工,计划于2025年完成第一期校园建设,建成之后将为历史文化名城宁波增添“百年经典”地标。学校目前使用位于镇海区的过渡校园,具备充足的办公和实验室空间。

Unit introduction

中国科大是国内最早开设计算机专业的院校之一,该专业最初由中国计算机之母夏培肃院士等亲自执教。学院正式成立于2009年,经过60多年的不懈努力,它已成为我国培养计算机人才、科研实力强,并产生显著影响力的计算机学院,在服务国家重大战略需求中发挥着重要作用。

中国科大计算机科学与技术一级学科具有硕士、博士学位授予权,博士后流动站,本学科具有增设二级学科的自主权。目前本学科所辖的计算机软件与理论、计算机系统结构、计算机应用技术、信息安全四个二级学科均具有硕士、博士学位授予权,其中计算机软件与理论为国家重点学科,系统结构为省重点学科。本学科还具有软件工程和计算机技术两个工程硕士学位授予权。

Modern agriculture and the Green Production Lab consists of crop molecular breeding platform, crop gene editing Platform, Specialty horticultural crops Physiological Ecology and germplasm innovation platform, crop pests and diseases Green control platform, animal green production and food security of the platform, agricultural waste recycling with the new fertilizer platform, building area total of 5710 square meters, is expected in 2022 9 months into use. The laboratory will be equipped with laser confocal microscopy, GC-MS analyzer, gene amplification instrument(PCR instrument and Equipment Co 1145 sets. The existing dam head base integrated test base of 287 acres.

A recruitment plan

The recruitment of full-time scientific staff of 5 people, research interests include:

1. Rice germplasm innovation 1 people;

2. Soybean germplasm innovation 1 people;

3. Horticultural crop germplasm innovation 1 people;

4. Crop gene editing 1 people;

5. Crop phenotype study 1 people.

Second, the job requirements

1. Full-time in Hainan work;

2. Having at home and abroad well-known universities Ph. D.; and

3. Full-time scientific staff of age, in principle at 40 years of age; and

4. Nearly five years in the art having an important influence on the results;

5. The high-level personnel not subject to the above conditions.

Third, the remuneration

1. Full-time researchers in 25-40 million years salary+Social Insurance+scientific assessment of the excitation, the high-level talent through a meeting of the manner determined;
