Zhejiang University of technology is located in China's famous historical and cultural city, the world-famous scenic attraction, known as the“earthly Paradise”reputation of Zhejiang province, Hangzhou, is a comprehensive, Zhejiang province, belongs to key University of Zhejiang province and the Ministry of education co-construction universities, Zhejiang province, the first batch of key construction universities, the first batch of national“2011 plan”focal points, National“Universities of disciplines innovation plan”to“111 plan”is selected for the unit, the school's comprehensive strength ranked national universities in the top ranks. 浙江工业大学教育科学与技术学院(职业技术教育学院)的前身是浙江工学院技术师范系,创建于1985年7月,是我国第一批在普通工科院校中创办职业技术师范教育的院系。1999年,浙江省职业教育师资培训中心挂靠学院,2000年,获批为全国重点建设职教师资培养培训基地,2014年,入选教育部卓越教师培养计划试点单位。2019年,获批浙江省新型高校智库——职业教育现代化研究中心、长三角教育一体化重点协作项目——长三角产教融合与职业教育发展研究院2个省部级科研智库平台,2023年4月,获浙江省教育厅批准设立和建设浙江省职业教育发展研究院。 学院现有教育学、心理学两个一级学科,其中教育学学科为浙江省一流学科。现有教育学一级学科硕士学位授予权,教育硕士、应用心理硕士专业学位授予权。设有教育技术学(师范)、计算机科学与技术(师范)、电气工程及其自动化(师范)、机械工程(师范)和应用心理学等5个本科专业,其中教育技术学、应用心理学专业为浙江省一流本科专业。现有全日制本科生747人,硕士研究生252人。 学院现有在编教职工73名,其中正高职称14人,副高职称21人,具有博士学位的教师占专任教师比例达70%。近五年,主持国家社会科学基金重点项目2项,国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金30项,科研到款近4000万元,获国家级教学成果二等奖1项、省级教学成果一等奖2项,浙江省哲学社会科学研究优秀成果一等奖等省部级以上科研成果奖励10余项。2015年,学院发起设立现代职业教育西湖论坛,目前已连续举办五届,已成为我国高等教育、职业教育领域有影响力的高水平品牌性论坛。 行始知成,道在师存。三十七年来,学院依托浙江工业大学工科优势,始终坚持扎根职教,立足师范,本科教育强特色,研究生教育强水平,教师教育培训强品牌,逐步形成了“厚德育人、协同创新、复合成才”的办学特色,培养了一大批复合型、高素质的职业教育师资和各行各业高级专门人才,为浙江经济和社会发展提供了有力的人才支持、智力支持和决策支持。学院的发展目标是建设成为职业教育特色鲜明、国内知名的高水平教学研究型学院。

◆招聘学科、专业领域或方向

Unit introduction

课题组及负责人简介

姚明海,教授、博士、博士生导师。浙江省电机动力学会理事、杭州市自动化协会理事,历任信息工程学院副院长、校研究生院副院长。主要研究工业互联网技术,人工智能,智能控制,智能信息处理等方面。主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金重点基金、以及浙江省科技重点等项目。在上述领域发表SCI、EI、A类等论文40多篇,申请授权发明专利10余项。 王宪保,智能信息系统研究所所长,博士、副教授,硕士生导师。中国计算机自动测量与控制技术协会理事,中国计算机学会高级会员,中国计算机学会计算机应用专委会执行委员,人工智能学会永久会员,《计算机测量与控制》编委。研究方向为神经网络、模式识别、计算机视觉和信号检测等。主持纵横向项目20项,累计到款300多万元,发表论文40余篇,申请发明专利20余项。

岗位需求与职责

  1. 已经或者即将获得自动控制、计算机、电子信息、信号检测和仪器仪表等专业博士学位,研究方向为信号检测与处理、人工智能、计算机视觉、图像处理、机器学习、神经网络、模式识别、物联网等;
  2. 热爱科研,具备良好的道德品质和职业操守,具有很强的团队精神、协作意识和科研创新能力;
  3. 与团队负责人共同制定研究计划并开展课题研究,协助团队科研经费申请,指导实验室研究生和本科生等。

研究所可提供如下条件

  1. 研究所支持青年教师作为负责人申请各类基金,并提供有力指导;
  2. 为专任教师开展科研提供良好的科研环境和软硬件平台;
