浙江工业大学是东部沿海地区第一所省部共建高校、首批国家“高等学校创新能力提升计划”（2011计划）协同创新中心牵头高校和浙江省首批重点建设高校，坐落于中国历史文化名城、风景旅游胜地——杭州。学校始建于1953年，其前身可以追溯到1910年创立的浙江中等工业学堂，先后经历了杭州化工学校、浙江化工专科学校、浙江化工学院和浙江工学院等发展阶段，1993年更名浙江工业大学，综合实力稳居全国高校百强行列。

学校拥有朝晖、屏峰、莫干山三个校区，占地面积3365亩，设有26个二级学院和1个部，另有独立学院——之江学院。现有66个本科招生专业，学科涵盖哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、理学、工学、医学、管理学、艺术学等10大门类。现有9个博士后流动站，13个一级学科博士学位授权点，2个博士专业学位授权点，30个一级学科硕士学位授权点。现有普通全日制本科学生20536人，在读各类研究生14561人，留学生1638人。

学校师资力量雄厚，现有教职工3416人，其中专任教师2436人，正高级职称教师530人，副高级职称教师957人，具有博士学位的教师1880人。拥有中国工程院院士4人、双聘中国科学院和中国工程院院士4人，国家高层次人才特殊支持计划、教育部长江学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者等国家级人才62人。

学校坚持以服务国家和区域发展重大需求为己任，建设多类型创新载体，强化政产学研用合作网络的战略布局。现有国家级2011协同创新中心、省部共建国家重点实验室（筹）、省部共建2011协同创新中心、国家工程技术研究中心、国家地方联合工程实验室（研究中心）、国家级国际科技合作基地等一批国家和省部级科研、教学平台。学校的化学、工程学、材料科学、环境科学与生态学、农业科学、生物学与生物化学、计算机科学、药理学与毒物学、社会科学总论等9个学科进入全球ESI前1%。先后有670余项科研成果获国家、省部级科研成果奖，其中国家科学技术奖24项，教育部人文社科优秀成果奖11项。

学院和中心现有专任教师共148人，其中正高级职称教师共36人，拥有双聘院士2人、国家级人才3人，省特级专家1人，各类省级人才8人。拥有浙江省一流学科A类1 个（药学），浙江省一流专业建设点1个（中药学），药学一级学科博士点和博士后科研流动站，入选国家级一流本科专业建设点2个（制药工程、药学），建有国家化学原料药合成工程技术研究中心、绿色化学制药国家地方联合工程实验室、绿色化学制药技术与装备教育部重点实验室等国家、省部级科研平台10个，先后承担国家和省部级科研项目300多项，获国家技术发明二等奖1项，省部级科技进步一等奖4项，其他省部级科技奖30余项。浙江工业大学药学院/绿色制药协同创新中心竭诚欢迎海内外广大应届博士和各类高级人才前来交流、洽谈和加盟！

招聘对象应符合的基本条件

三、人才层次及待遇

关于待遇说明

1.列入学院/中心“青年英才支持计划”的首聘期教师，首聘期前两年在学校规定的薪酬基础之上，学院/中心发放税前津贴50000元/年•人，按年发放；

2.年薪是指全年税前总收入（包含单位配套的社会保险部分），不包含学院、学科及团队提供的人才补贴；在校期间科研成果奖励按照学校政策另行发放；3.购房安置费按学校政策发放；4.子女可入读浙江工业大学幼儿园（甲级幼儿园），义务教育阶段入读杭州市公办学校；5.学校按照国家和省市有关政策，协助解决好配偶工作、子女入学、人才居住证和落户等事项；6.根据相关政策，教师可申请周转房（市区优质房源）、青年教师公寓（校内）和莫干山校区人才公寓（免租金）。7.学校建立高层次创新型人才职称评审“直通车”，对符合条件的高层次、急需紧缺人才，可不受资历、任职年限限制直接申报相应职称。
