一、课题组简介

本实验室结合生物信息学、人工智能、功能基因组学和分子生物学的手段研究恶性肿瘤形成、复发和耐药性的分子机制,及重大疾病新药靶点的预测和开发。

实验室方向

自人类基因组计划完成以来，基因组学在生物研究和转化医学领域起到的关键性的作用，其应用包括疾病的基因变异和风险评估、转录组表达的在不同情况下的变化、表观遗传学对组织器官发育的影响、细胞对不同基因的依赖性、单细胞层面的异质性等等。本实验室希望通过基因组学和计算生物学的方法来推进人类对生命和疾病的理解，运用信息学和分子生物学的能力来研究生物学的问题并将成果转化。本实验室现阶段的方向有：

 1.儿科肿瘤的分子机制

本实验室感兴趣儿科肿瘤的致病机理，通过临床病人样本的单细胞基因组学和功能基因组学分析筛选生物标记物和新药靶点，运用分子和细胞生物学的手段进一步研究其分子机制。

 2.癌症药物作用机理和抗性

免疫疗法给许多癌症病人带来了希望，但只有少数的病人对PD-1抑制剂产生响应。而靶向疗法很容易产生抗性。我们希望运用生物信息学和分子生物学的手段进一步从肿瘤微环境和代谢变化的角度理解癌症药物的作用机理和抗性的产生，从而更好的控制癌症药物的抗性和副作用。

 3.寻找新药靶点

在理解疾病机制的基础上，我们运用功能基因组学和单细胞多组学的工具来寻找新的药物靶点和生物标记物。这项工作不仅限于癌症，也可以应用到其他疾病和生理模型中去。

 2.任职条件：

Job title1In: post-doctoral–计算生物学

（1）计算生物学、生物信息学、基因组学、统计学、计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业，已取得或即将取得博士学位；

（2）熟悉高通量测序数据分析，具备大数据可视化分析，提出问题和发现的能力；

（3）熟练运用R/Python语言和Linux系统环境。

Job title2In: post-doctoral–功能基因组学/癌症生物学

（1）基因组学、分子生物学、癌症生物学、免疫学或相关专业，已取得或即将取得博士学位；

（2）如有以下经验会优先考虑:CRISPR功能基因组筛选、肿瘤免疫模型、单细胞多组学。

 3. 基本要求：

（2）具备交叉学科团队合作的能力、独立思考、勇于探索、有好奇心和驱动力、诚实守信；

（3）优秀的英文交流、报告、写作能力。
