PI introduction

Laboratory introduction
The laboratory aims to develop and integrate cutting-edge biotechnology（single cell lineage tracer, space group studies, single-cell multi-omics, the organ class culture, etc., and in-depth study of hematopoietic stem cells and immune cells of the cell-fate regulatory mechanism, enabling drug development with novel cell therapy applications. Including:
1． The development and use of single-cell multi-omics lineage tracer technology, multi-level analysis of the immune system development and aging mechanisms;
2． To explore the in vitro induction of hematopoietic stem cells of the new method, the development of cell therapy technology;
3． Track immune cells in the tumor, infection of the environment in response to explore immunotherapeutic new target point;

Post 1: assistant researcher for 2-3 people-the experimental direction of Immunology/Hematology/stem cells
Job responsibilities:

3． In the international mainstream publications to the first or the total of the identity of the author has published research papers; have good English reading, communication, and writing skills.

Post 2: assistant researcher（1） - Calculating the direction of the biometric information/computational biology/artificial intelligence）
Job responsibilities:
1． Build a data Analytics platform, including single-cell multi-omics data analysis, high-throughput sequencing, machine learning algorithm creation and application, etc.
2． For the research group of the research needs, the development and refinement of customized algorithms and analysis process; to assist the PI and co-directed Health Letter team.
3． Papers and patents, participation in academic meetings, with the academic cooperation and research into, etc.
Requirements:
1． Have at least one research experience: single-cell, spatial and temporal multi-Group analysis, mathematical modeling, artificial intelligence, image recognition, etc.
2． Proficiency in R / Python and / Perl / C / in Matlab and other programming languages, with the calculated line build capability and big data visual analysis capabilities.

Job responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Have independent research ability and good English reading, writing and communication skills.

Post 4: Research Assistant 1-2 people
Job responsibilities:

Requirements:
