Post-doctoral project description

The research group focused around stem cells and tissue engineering technology to carry out liver diseases, disease modeling and drug screening for hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease using multi-omics data analysis of disease pathogenesis and potential targets to stem cells for regenerative medicine technology combined with hydrogel scaffolds way for tissue repair to provide the novice section.

Yao Xu Dong, Zhejiang University, International Health, Institute of Medicine, Zhejiang University fourth Hospital, researcher, young PI; selected Yiwu City,“133 innovative talent.” Main research interests are stem cells and their derivatives in tissue regenerative medicine research and application, the long-term commitment to mitochondrial transplantation efficacy and mechanism studies. Nearly three years were published SCI papers more than twenty articles, the first, common to the first/corresponding author covers Bioengineering & Tranlational Medicine, Biomaterials, Bioactive Materials and other disciplines mainstream journals, chaired by the National Natural Science Foundation project, the Zhejiang provincial Natural Science Foundation, the joint focus of the project, the China postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Zhejiang provincial Natural Science Foundation of China General project and Jinhua key science and Technology Project.

Job description

Recruitment conditions:

1, age not over 35 years old, has made nearly three years, or about to obtain a PhD; and

2, in the first/co-author published in SCI research papers;

3, has a good academic background and research base, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, pharmacy, immunology, materials science, biomedical engineering, basic medical and other professional background, having organelle dynamics and interaction of the research experience is preferred;

4, the research work has a strong interest and strong sense of innovation, team spirit;

5, English reading scientific literature and communicate scientific issues, with better writing and Express communication skills.

Research direction:

1, for hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease using multi-omics data analysis of disease pathogenesis and a potential target point;

2, around the stem cells and tissue engineering technology to carry out liver diseases, disease modeling and drug screening;

3, innovative stem cell-based regenerative medicine of new technologies and new methods;

4, conversion to a hydrogel scaffold based tissue repair novice section.

Salary

1、salary: enjoy five insurance payments, the annual salary of 40 million yuan, excluding Research Award); and
