The Institute is located in Jiashan County Economic Development Zone of the Yangtze River Delta integration demonstration zone, currently has Xiangfu swing kechuang Green Valley 5300 square meters of office area, mainly used for chip design and testing, integrated circuits, talent training and other functions; with Xinda industrial Park of nearly 10,000 square meters of the plant, containing one hundred and one thousand, ten thousand grade clean room, can meet the integrated process development and product test requirements.
1, responsible for the Institute for mixed-signal chip of the Digital part of the circuit design, verification, and logic synthesis;
2, and simulation engineers to complete the module needs to collect, the module Spec development, RTL design verification;
3, responsible for the development of validation plans, analog module behavioral level model description, validation platform to build, test case design, write the complete validation report;
4, with application engineers and testing personnel, in cooperation with the conduct product testing to verify the work, and to guide follow-up work;
5, the relevant technical documentation and maintenance.
1, microelectronics and related professional Master Degree or above, more than two years of relevant work experience;
2, a solid digital IC design, proficient in Verilog language, familiar with TCL, Perl, Python and other scripting languages;
3, familiar with digital design and EDA tools;
4, familiar with SPI, I2C, UART and other commonly used communication Protocol;
5, there is a number of mixed analog chip design experience, the digital-to-analog hybrid simulation experience is preferred;
6, good team spirit, a love of chip design, are willing to long-term engaged in chip development industry.
