1.全职博士后参照学校正式教职工确定工资待遇标准,年收入20万元起(税前)。 2.对师资博士后,每月额外给予2000元师资博士后津贴,同时鼓励合作导师给予优惠待遇。 3.外籍博士后实行年薪制,基本薪酬包括工资和考核绩效奖励。博士学位授予学校为QS世界大学排名前200名(含)的外籍博士后基本薪酬为25万元/年,其他外籍博士后基本薪酬为20万元/年。鼓励和支持合作导师为外籍博士后提供更优厚的待遇。对于特别优秀的,年薪一事一议。 4.鼓励博士后申请“博士后国(境)外交流项目”“江苏省卓越博士后计划”等资助项目,项目资助金与学校薪酬叠加发放;如入选“香江学者计划”“澳门青年学者计划”的师资博士后在站两年总待遇近122万元;入选“江苏省卓越博士后计划”的师资博士后在站两年总待遇近80万元。

江苏大学共设13个博士后科研流动站,常年接受博士后申请,每年计划招收220名博士后(含外籍100名),在名额范围内优先推荐列入“江苏省卓越博士后计划”。
