一、应聘条件

1.全日制博士毕业三年（含）内，年龄不超过35周岁（以申请截止日期为准）。并满足以下条件之一： （1）在世界一流大学（QS前200名）、985大学或世界知名研究机构取得博士学位，且发表自然指数期刊论文1篇及以上； （2）在Nature子刊、Science子刊、PNAS等发表论文1篇以上，或发表自然指数期刊论文2篇及以上。 2.具有严谨诚实的学术态度，优良的团队合作精神，热爱科研工作，积极乐观，责任心强； 3.博士后期间需全时工作，不得兼职。

二、学科方向

学科涵盖元素生物地球化学循环及效应、土壤环境保护及资源可持续利用、流域水环境综合整治与水安全、固废处理处置及资源化利用等各类学科。

三、聘用待遇

1.税前30-40万元/年，并根据业绩享受绩效奖励，上不封顶。科研启动经费：20万元。住房待遇：提供每月2500元租房补贴，时间为2年。 2.研究所经费资助5万元人民币/年，资助期限为2年。 3.满足进编条件者，可纳入研究所事业编制管理。

二、  Disciplines and research needs

立足我国红壤区，面向国际土壤学与环境地球科学的前沿重大科学问题，针对制约区域经济社会发展和影响人类健康的资源、环境生态问题，开展土壤退化与资源可持续利用、养分循环及其环境生态效应、重(Class)金属循环与污染控制的重大应用基础理论和技术研究，建立土壤与人类活动和谐发展的土壤物质循环理论体系，发展以土壤科学与环境地球科学为核心，并与环境科学与工程、地球化学、自然地理学、地理信息科学、生态学、水土保持、植物生理学、环境微生物学、固体废弃物处置、环境材料学、矿物学、光谱学分析、应用化学等交叉融合。将研究所建设成为红壤特色明显、国内一流、国际知名的土壤学与环境地球科学的区域创新引擎。
