College profile 南京医科大学是国家“双一流”建设高校,首批教育部、国家卫生健康委与江苏省人民政府共建医学院校,江苏高水平大学建设高峰计划A类建设高校。南京医科大学口腔医学院暨南京医科大学附属口腔医院(江苏省口腔医院),溯源于1974年创立的江苏新医学院医学系口腔专业,1979年独立设置口腔系,1993年升格为口腔医学院,是江苏省第一所三级甲等口腔专科医院、江苏省口腔卫生指导中心、江苏省口腔医学专业质量控制中心、江苏省基层特色科室孵化中心,现为中华口腔医学会副会长单位、江苏省口腔医学会会长单位。医院现有职工800余人,拥有高级职称者150余人,硕士生导师67人、博士生导师23人。其中,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家、江苏省“有突出贡献的中青年专家”、江苏省优秀医学领军人才、江苏省杰出青年基金获得者等各类省级及以上人才50余人次,担任中华口腔医学会学术职务专家近90人次。医院历经48年发展,已成为江苏省口腔医疗、教学、科研、预防和培训中心。 口腔医学学科是江苏省唯一的口腔医学类优势学科,设有博士后科研流动站、具有一级学科博士学位、博士专业学位授予权。在第五轮全国学科评估中获评口腔医学B+等级。位列2022年软科中国大学口腔专业排名第6位,2021年中国大学本科教育口腔医学专业排行榜第6位。学院设有口腔基础学系、口腔内科学系、口腔颌面外科学系、口腔修复学系、口腔正畸学系5个学系。口腔医学专业为首批国家级一流本科专业、高等教育特色专业,江苏省高等教育品牌专业、重点专业,获国家级教学成果奖二等奖、江苏省教学成果奖一等奖各1项。 学院现拥有一支团结协作、科研思维活跃、竞争力强的师资团队,主要学术骨干均具博士学位及留学背景。现有专任教师200余人,其中拥有高级职称者140人,硕博士生导师67人;中华口腔医学会副会长1人,省口腔医学会会长1人,副会长1人。省杰青2人,省“333工程”第二层次3人,省“六大人才高峰”8人,省青蓝工程16人,省“双创计划”双创博士3人等。

医院建有江苏省口腔疾病研究重点实验室、江苏省口腔转化医学工程研究中心,是江苏省研究型医院建设单位、江苏省口腔医学创新中心。医院扎实推进“江苏科技改革30条”,完善科技评价,激发科技创新源动力。近5年来,承担各级各类课题200余项,其中国家自然科学基金重点项目、国际合作交流项目等国家级课题50余项;发表SCI论文450余篇;授权国家发明专利50余项,部分专利成功转化;获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖二等奖、教育部自然科学二等奖、江苏省科学技术二等奖等20余奖项。在2022年发布的中国医院五年总科技量值(ASTEM)排行榜中,我院位列全国口腔第7位,江苏地区第1位。 学院重视国际交流与合作,与美国伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校、丹麦奥胡斯大学、奥尔堡大学、香港大学等知名高校建立了长期合作关系,与英国邓迪大学、美国马凯特大学联合开设口腔医学类国际课程。在国家自然科学基金委及科技部国际合作交流项目等资助下,通过合作办学、优势互补,培养具有良好国际视野的卓越口腔医学人才,不断促进医教研产深度融合与国际化。恪守“敬人敬业、至精至诚”的院训,我院正持续创建国内一流、特色鲜明的高水平研究型口腔医学院和口腔专科医院。 招收专业及研究方向

招收类型

Recruitment conditions
  1. 博士后的申请者年龄应在35周岁以下、获得博士学位一般不超过3年。
  2. 申请者近三年内学术成绩应达到以下要求之一:
(1)以第一作者或通讯作者在国际重要期刊至少发表1篇科研论著。 (2)主持省部级及以上科研项目。 (3)获得国家级科研成果奖励排名前5或省部级科研成果奖励排名前3。
  1. 卓越师资博士后仅选拔培养本校拔尖创新人才,申请者须符合《南京医科大学卓越师资博士后培育计划实施办法》(南医大校〔2019〕174 号)的相应条件。
  2. 本校博士毕业申请者以第一作者(排名第一)在国际高水平期刊上发表1篇科研论著,经考核合格,可申请其博士毕业同一个一级学科的流动站从事博士后研究工作。具体参考《南京医科大学博士后2023年招聘公告》
在站期限 博士后在站时间一般为2年,根据研究项目需要并结合博士后在站期间工作表现及业绩可在2-4年内灵活确定在站时间,最长不超过6年。 薪酬及其他待遇 2022年起江苏省重磅加持实施“卓越博士后”计划。聚集重点领域、重大平台,围绕国家和省重大专项、前沿技术和重大科学研究、先进制造业产业集群发展需求,每年遴选资助900名优秀博士后进站研究,加速培养造就一批进入世界科技前沿的优秀青年科技人才。
  1. 全职博士后在站期间总收入约为40万元/年(税前),含工资、奖励性绩效津贴、生活津贴、租房补贴及相关福利等。
2.博士后在站2年内,给予15万/年的专项科研经费用于支持博士后开展科研工作。
  1. 叠加待遇:在年度总收入的基础上,入选“江苏省卓越博士后计划”、“博士后创新人才支持计划”、“博士后国(境)外”交流项目等,国家或江苏省资助叠加发放;如入选“江苏省卓越博士后计划”者,南医名城创新博士后在站两年总待遇110万元起,师资博士后在站两年总待遇90万元起。
  2. 博士后科研项目、论文等成果奖励同本院在岗职工。
职业规划
  1. 学校对在站期间工作优秀的博士后优先留校(院);对符合学校高层次引进人才条件的优秀博士后,可按人才引进政策直接予以引进。
  2. 学校对在站期间工作优秀的统招博士后开辟绿色通道“博士后——副教授——研究生导师”,即全职博士后在站期间可按照南京医科大学相关规定参加专业技术职务评审;凡达到副教授或副研究员任职基本条件,且符合博士后在站期间职称评审条件,即予以聘任,不差额评审。同时,对于符合南京医科大学研究生导师遴选条例的博士后,即直接选拔为研究生导师,并给予招生指标的倾斜。
  3. 博士后在站期间,可在本院进行国家住院医师规范化培训。
聘期任务和期满出战条件
  1. 博士后进站后须与学校签订《工作协议书》,由博士后、合作导师、所在学院共同拟定,协议中应明确在站期间的工作任务。
  2. 博士后期满出站条件:
(1)完成《工作协议书》所确定的研究任务; (2)按照全国博士后管委会办公室规定的格式,完成《博士后研究报告》,并通过出站考核。 招收程序
