一、课题组简介

西湖大学微生物宿主交互实验室PI为陶亮研究员，中国科学技术大学博士，先后任堪萨斯医学中心和哈佛医学院博后研究员、哈佛医学院讲师，2018年9月全职加入西湖大学生命科学学院。致力于研究病原微生物和宿主之间的相互作用，尤其是从分子、生化、细胞、生信、遗传、结构等角度研究病原细菌毒素和效应蛋白对重要细胞功能的影响及作用机制，并从事开发各类细菌蛋白衍生物分子用于科研、医学及商业领域。以第一/通讯作者在Cell, theNature, theScience, theCell Res, theNat Microbiol, theNat Commun, thePLOS Pathog等知名期刊发表论文二十余篇，申请和授权PCT国际专利7项。获得过中国科学院院长奖、哈佛华人生命医学优秀学术奖、杭州西湖区“最美科技工作者”等荣誉；入选“国家海外高层次人才”青年项目、“浙江省海外高层次人才”创新长期项目、浙江省杰出青年项目、浙江省高校领军人才培养计划。

课题组目前主要的研究方向包括：

（1）细菌毒素及效应蛋白对宿主细胞功能的影响和作用机制的研究；

（2）微生物群与宿主相互平衡的研究；

（3）毒素蛋白的工程改造和应用开发。

二、招聘岗位及条件

1.招聘岗位：博士后（1-2名）

2. Qualifications:

（1）热爱科研，能够开展相对独立的科研工作，能帮助和指导研究生的科研工作，有良好的英语读写和表达能力；

（2）积极主动，善于沟通，认真负责，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

（3）方向包括且不限于微生物学（分子微生物学、细菌学、病毒学）、免疫学、计算生物学（微生物组学分析、机器学习、单细胞数据分析）、或化学生物学研究背景的博士学位或研究经历。

3. Requirements:

1, of age not more than 35 years of age; has been made or is about to obtain a PhD; and

（2）以第一作者身份在相关领域知名期刊上发表过至少一篇以上研究型学术论文。
