一、课题组简介

以人类营养、肠道健康与代谢性疾病为研究中心，在人群水平探索人类遗传、营养与肠道菌群的互作对于代谢性疾病的影响。目前课题组已经完成了超过千余人跨越多年随访的人类基因芯片、肠道菌群宏基因组、16s测序，ITS真菌组测序、血浆蛋白质组、代谢组以及粪便代谢组等多组学数据积累，在微生物宏基因组分析、系统生物学、机器学习等领域急需相关计算人才加盟。

二、招聘岗位及条件

1.招聘岗位：博士后（1-2名）

2.任职条件：遗传流行病学、群体遗传学相关方向，能够运用遗传流行病学研究方法在人群水平探索人类遗传、营养与肠道菌群的互作对于代谢性疾病等的影响。

3. Requirements:

（2）在遗传流行病学、群体遗传学研究领域发表过高水平研究论文。
