People's Bank of China Credit Information Center in 2006 by the editorial office approved the establishment of the people's Bank of the immediate business legal entity, the main duty is based on state laws and regulations and Bank regulations, is responsible for the credit system, i.e. the Financial Credit Information basic database, the chattel financing the Unified Register of Publicity System, accounts receivable financing service platform construction, operation, and management.

2010, 8 month, by human resources and Social Security Department, the people's Bank of China Credit Information Center post-doctoral scientific research workstation, hereinafter referred to as workstation, officially established. From 2011 to recruit the first batch of post-doctoral researchers since the workstation is encouraged in the station postdoctoral seeking and pragmatic, pioneering and innovative spirit, the tracking study international credit forefront of the industry, based on China's credit system construction, and actively explore the credit bureaus career development path to the Central Bank credit system construction and related research for the drive, the pursuit of theory and practice of Interactive Innovation, as the Central Bank of the credit bureaus career development contribute wisdom and programmes. The workstation is now facing the public to recruit 2023 postdoctoral researchers. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

Application conditions

1. Law-abiding, of good character, no illegal disciplinary and other adverse record;

2. Have obtained a PhD, or are about to obtain a PhD in the graduating doctoral students（graduating doctoral students shall ensure that in 2023 7 before the end of get a PhD diploma and doctorate certificate, the age at 35 years of age, in good health;

3. Have a full-time engaged in post-doctoral research work in the conditions of in-service personnel must be in the intake in front of the station and now the employer to terminate the employment contract and the lifting of personnel relations; the

4. Have strong writing skills and communication skills, with fluent English reading and communication levels;

5. With a strong research ability and professionalism, to dutifully completed post-doctoral scientific research work;

6. Have the relevant direction of research work experience is preferred.

1. Digital financial background alternative data sharing and inclusive financial development to deepen researchEconomic financial, statistical and relevant professional; and

2. The credit bureaus industry data analysis of the main trends of theComputer class, statistics, Economics and Finance, Mathematics or related major, specializes in data mining, artificial intelligence, machine learning technology priority; and

3. International credit industry legislation regulatory evolution with the My credit industry top-level designEconomic financial, legal, professional, good at English and other foreign languages translation and oral communication fluency is preferred; and

4. Credit reporting Agency data assets management and data governance systems researchEconomic Finance, data science, computer, statistics and other related professional; and

5. Cross-border credit data flow related to legal compliance and practice patterns studyEconomic financial, legal, computer-related professional, good at English and other foreign languages translation and oral communication fluency is preferred; and

6. Disruptive technologies in the credit bureaus industry application（计算机相关专业，博士学位论文或近期从事工作为大数据、人工智能、云计算、区块链、联邦学习、隐私计算等相关方向者优先）；

Application materials

1. Postdoctoral application form and registration registration form;

2. Two related disciplines in Doctoral or equivalent level experts letters of recommendation; and

3.
