南京师范大学是国家“双一流”建设高校和江苏高水平大学建设高校，现有教育学、地理学、中国语言文学、数学、统计学、生物学、生态学、心理学、法学、马克思主义理论、外国语言文学、美术学、设计学、物理学、体育学、哲学、政治学、化学、中国史、考古学、音乐与舞蹈学、应用经济学等22个流动站。

Project description

“博新计划”结合国家实验室等重点科研基地，瞄准国家重大战略、战略性高新技术和基础科学前沿领域，遴选一批应届或新近毕业的优秀博士，进入国内博士后设站单位从事博士后研究工作。

Job requirements

• “博新计划”博士后

Application conditions

（一）申请人须为新近进站或拟进站到我校全职从事博士后研究工作的人员（办理进站手续时，须将人事关系转入我校，不包括定向委培等在职从事博士后研究的人员），其中，新近进站人员是指2022年4月1日至2023年3月31日期间完成进站手续的人员；拟进站人员是指已初步与我校流动站达成进站意向，并于2023年5月31日前完成进站手续的人员。

（二）intended inbound applicants must be PhD full-time PhD, recent Ph. D. graduates under the same conditions prevail. Wherein, the domestic fresh Ph. D. graduates in the Declaration shall have obtained a PhD thesis resolutions of the book; in foreign PhD's, subject to the Ministry of Education Study Abroad service center certification.

The applicant shall comply with the people's Republic of China Constitution and laws, to embrace the Chinese Communist Party leadership, adhere to scientific integrity, adherence to scientific ethics, abide by social morality, having a good scientific research potential and comprehensive ability.

申报范围

“Zhuo Bo plans”main financing of the following focus areas, critical platform post-doctoral researchers.

（一）在我省实施关键核心技术突破攻坚的重点产业以及我省重点支持的优势产业链（卓越产业链）从事研究工作to:

1． Integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, networking and communications, high-end software, blockchain and other new generation of Information Technology Industry in the field;

2． Advanced carbon materials, nano-new materials, advanced metallic materials, third-generation semiconductor materials and new materials industry in the field;

3． High-end equipment, intelligent manufacturing and other advanced manufacturing industries; and

4． Chemical pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medicine, modern medicine, high-end medical equipment, bio-pharmaceutical industry in the field;

5． A new generation of solar energy, wind energy, new energy vehicles, smart grid and other new energy and industrial areas;

6． Other traditional industries, modern agricultural technology industries.

In my province, supported by major platform to engage in research work:

1． The provincial major projects, cutting-edge technology and the major research plan;

2． Academicians, National Talent Program winner, the“333 high-level personnel training project”a layer of inferior high-level talent team;

3． Provincial Key Laboratory;

4． The National“Double First-Class”construction of universities and the province of high-level University construction peak plans to build colleges and universities; and

5． Included in the National Medical Center, National Regional Medical Center, a tertiary hospital of a station unit.

Three at the national and provincial innovation and development of the much needed areas of research work:

1． Forward-looking basic research and applied basic research in the research work;

2． In Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and other basic disciplines engaged in research work;

3． In philosophy of the social Sciences, particularly the Marxist theory of the discipline required for a-level subjects in research work.

（四）in other provincial government focus on supporting the development of the field, the platform engaged in research work.

集成电路、人工智能、网络与通信、高端软件、区块链等新一代信息技术产业领域；先进碳材料、纳米新材料、先进金属材料、第三代半导体材料等新材料产业领域；高端装备、智能制造等先进制造产业领域；化学药、生物技术药、现代中药、高端医疗器械等生物医药产业领域；新一代太阳能、风能、新能源汽车、智能电网等新能源产业领域；其他传统优势产业、现代农业技术产业领域

• “卓博计划”博士后

申请人须为2023年拟进站或新近进站从事博士后研究工作的人员，同时应具备以下条件：

（一）拥护中华人民共和国宪法，遵守国家法律法规，具备良好思想品德。

（二）具有较高学术水平和较强科研能力，且无科研失信情况。

（三）1991年1月1日（含）以后出生。

（四）申报项目属自然科学，涉密项目须脱密。基础研究主要面向基础科学、交叉理论以及人工智能、量子信息、集成电路、生命健康、脑科学、生物育种、空天科技、深地深海等前沿领域；应用研究主要面向新一代信息技术、生物技术、新能源、新材料、高端装备、新能源汽车、绿色环保以及航空航天、海洋装备、数字经济及各领域重大工程技术、共性技术等。

（五）申请人的博士后合作导师应为高水平专家，学术造诣深厚，可为申请人提供高水平科研平台。向国家重大科技项目、国家战略性科学计划和科学工程、国家实验室、国家重点实验室等倾斜。

（六）拟进站的博士后研究人员须为获得博士学位3年以内的全日制博士，应届博士毕业生同等条件下优先。拟进站的应届博士毕业生在申报时须已满足博士学位论文答辩的基本要求，已初步选定博士后合作导师，并与合作导师初步拟定研究计划。

（七）新近进站的博士后研究人员须是2022年3月1日（含）之后进站的人员，且之前未申报过“博新计划”、中国博士后科学基金特别资助（站前）；博士学位获得时间须为2022年1月1日（含）之后；须依托所在博士后科研流动站、工作站进行申请，不得变更合作导师。

（八）获选人员须在博士后设站单位全职从事博士后研究工作，并须将人事关系（含人事、工资关系及人事档案）转入博士后设站单位。

（九）留学回国博士和外籍博士不可申请本项目。

（十）入选过中国科协青年人才托举工程、博士后国（境）外交流项目及其他国家级人才计划的，须在申请书中注明，原则上不得重复获得资助。

Salary

学校鼓励、支持博士后申报各类项目资助，入选者所获国家、江苏省资助正常发放，学校所有待遇均叠加发放！

• 国家给予每人每年不少于30万元的资助（含博士后日常经费、科研启动经费和国际学术交流经费），资助期为2年。
• 获选人员在站期间可以申报“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者项目，在国家高层次人才特殊支持计划青年拔尖人才项目中单列在站博士后申报名额。
