研究院介绍

, the天津大学浙江国际创新设计与智造研究院（以下简称“天大创智院”）成立于2021年6月9日，是天津大学与绍兴市人民政府合作共建的一个开放式新型研发机构，秉持“自动化、智能化、绿色化”的高质量创新发展方针，聚焦高端装备、电子信息绿色能源等重点产业集群发展，主攻绿色低碳能源管理与智造工程、创新设计、质量工程、智能感知与控制等领域，助力企业产业升级、产品创新、人才培育等。

目前，研究院已获批认定绍兴市新型研发机构、绍兴市可适应设计与低碳智造重点实验室；获批成立院士领衔的专家工作站、浙江省博士后科研工作站、亚太经合组织可持续能源中心绍兴分中心、国家级智能制造人才培训基地等多个研发平台。

成立一年以来，研究院积极推进科技成果的转化落地，目前已吸引包括院士、长江学者、杰青、国家“四青”入选者在内的10余名高层次人才领衔的研发团队在研究院创新创业，拥有20多项可产业化技术，并成功孵化10余家涉及高端装备、新能源、新材料等领域的企业。

Project description

依托天大创智院申报国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓励在自然科学、工程技术等方面已取得较好成绩的海外优秀青年学者（含非华裔外籍人才）来绍创新创业，自主选择研究方向开展创新性研究，促进青年科学技术人才的快速成长，培养一批有望进入世界科技前沿的优秀学术骨干，为绍兴的科技创新产业和科技强国建设贡献力量。

资助内容

依托天大创智院成功申请海外优青者将享受1000万元以上资助以及研究院高层次人才项目支持，包括：

1.科研资助：100—300万元；

2.个人奖励：国家奖励50万元，省奖励100万，属地按1:1配套奖励150万，共300万；

3.属地政策：

（1）享受“名士之乡”英才计划A类人才项目资助标准最高500万资助（项目资助和人才补助各50%的比例，给予每年100万元资助，为期5年）；

（2）房票及安家补贴170万起（150万+20万）；

（3）解决子女入学、养老医疗等方面的支持政策。

Application conditions

1. Outstanding Youth Science Fund projects overseas, the applicant shall meet the following conditions:

（1）to comply with PRC laws and regulations, has a good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the new era scientists spirit;

（2）date of birth in 1983 Year 1 month 1 day up to and including later;

（3）have a doctoral degree; and

（4）研究方向主要为机械工程与自动化类、精密仪器、自动化控制、质量管理、计算机科学与技术等；

（5）in the PhD after to 2023 years 3 months 15 days ago, should generally be in overseas universities, research institutions, enterprises and R & D institutions to obtain formal teaching or research positions, and having a continuous period of 36 months or more of work experience; in the overseas PhD and performance is particularly prominent, may be appropriate to relax the work experience requirements;

（6）Made counterparts experts recognized scientific or technical and other achievements, and has become the academic leaders or distinguished talent development potential;

（7）the applicant has not been a full-time return home（China）work, or 2022 years 1 month 1 day after returning（China）work. Funded notification must quit work abroad or overseas without a job, full-time repatriation（China）work of not less than 3 years.

2. Limit requirement

The implementation of the Central departments concerned about the National Science and technology talent program integrated convergence requirements. The same level of National Science and technology talent program can only take one item, not the inverse hierarchy of the application.
