二、招聘岗位及条件

1.招聘岗位：博士后

2.基本要求：

（4）具备良好的英语表达和论文写作能力；

（5）热爱科研，工作勤奋，能够独立开展研究工作并帮助指导研究生的科研工作。

2.对于符合要求并通过初审者，会通知安排参加由学院组织的博士后候选人特邀学术讲座。

3.讲座后安排与潜在意向课题组负责人进行一对一交流。

4.申请人与课题组负责人进行双向选择，确定是否录用。

5.被邀请的申请人往返交通费及食宿费由举办方全额承担。
