一、课题组简介

1.免疫细胞和分化的分子机制，以及其对免疫耐受、抗肿瘤免疫或自身免疫性疾病的影响；

2.基于免疫细胞发育的独特机制，开发新型遗传操作和基因编辑工具，用于探索调控细胞发育的机制以及遗传病的基因治疗。

二、招聘岗位及条件

1.招聘岗位：生物信息学方向博士后（1名）

整合RNA测序、单细胞RNA测序及多种高通量测序结果，通过生信分析，探寻免疫调控的新机制和优化基因编辑工具。

 2.任职条件：

（1）熟悉Linux,R及Python等工具；

（2）在国际刊物以第一作者身份发表过研究论文者优先。

 3.要求：

（2）具有一定的英文阅读、交流及写作能力。
