一、课题组简介

PI简介：边文杰博士2016年获得中国科学院神经科学研究所神经生物学博士学位，2016年至2022年在斯坦福大学医学院精神病学与行为科学系从事博士后研究，并将于2023年5月入职西湖大学成立实验室。边文杰博士长期从事神经环路发育及发育中睡眠功能的研究，曾获Human Frontiers Science Program Postdoctoral Fellowship、Brain & Behavior Research Foundation Young Investigator Award等，主要研究工作发表在Cell、Nature Neuroscience、Neuroscience Bulletin、Developmental Neurobiology等期刊。

Research interests: our laboratory concerns the sleep of the neurobiological Foundation is committed to the development angle analysis sleep regulatory mechanisms and sleep function, in mice and rats as the main experimental model, by Animal Behavior Analysis, EEG/EMG, two-photon in vivo imaging, optical recording, optical genetic/chemical genetic, immunohistochemical, and single-cell RNA sequencing, molecular genetic manipulation of a variety of experimental methods to conduct research. The current main research directions include, but are not limited to:

1.睡眠结构随发育改变的环路和分子机制；

2.发育过程中睡眠对行为功能(如社交行为)的影响及机制；

3.多种神经系统发育障碍（如孤独症、精神分裂症）中睡眠障碍的发生机制及对行为异常的贡献；

4.发育过程中睡眠对DNA损伤修复的作用。

二、招聘岗位及条件

1.招聘岗位：博士后（1-2名）

2. Qualifications:

对神经科学有强烈兴趣，具有探索精神，责任心强，工作积极主动，能独立开展课题，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

3. Requirements:

1, of age not more than 35 years of age; has been made or is about to obtain a PhD; and

（2）具备神经科学、基础医学、分子与细胞生物学或其他相关专业背景；

（3）published or forthcoming in English SCI papers;

（4）good English reading, writing and communication skills.
