一、 实验室简介

李大鹏博士长期从事针对新发传染病的疫苗和抗体的研究，领域涉及冠状病毒、HIV、丙型肝炎病毒、埃博拉病毒等。实验室针对冠状病毒、黄病毒、新型布尼亚病毒等新发传染病和人畜共患传染病的病原，利用病毒学、免疫学的实验方法，结合结构生物学与系统生物学，在以下几个方向开展研究：

1. 新型疫苗（纳米颗粒疫苗、mRNA疫苗等）的设计开发及评价；
2. 治疗性人源抗体的分离鉴定及基于结构的优化；
3. 疫苗与抗体免疫保护机制的研究；
4. 针对宿主因子或免疫检查点的新型免疫治疗策略的开发。

李大鹏博士将于2022年夏季正式加入西湖大学，诚邀对传染病疫苗和抗体研究感兴趣的科研人才加入我们的团队。

二、招聘岗位及条件

博士后（1名）

Job requirements:

1. 年龄不超过35周岁，已取得或即将取得博士学位；
2. 以第一作者（或共同第一作者）身份发表过或即将发表研究论文，有结构生物学、免疫学或病毒学背景者优先；
3. 具有良好的英语写作、阅读和沟通能力；
4. 对科学研究有浓厚兴趣，能独立开展研究工作，具有严谨的科研态度、良好的科研诚信和责任心。
