一、  招收基本条件

1.获得博士学位，品学兼优、身体健康。年龄一般在35周岁以下；

2.具有较强科研能力和良好的团队协作精神，可全职从事博士后研究工作；

3.具有良好的政治素质和道德修养，遵纪守法，无不良记录。

二、  招收学科方向

主要招收电子科学与技术、信息与通信工程、材料科学与工程、物理学、光学工程、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、仪器科学与技术、管理科学与工程、生物医学工程、机械工程、数学、控制科学与工程等学科方向，具体见附件《高等研究院博士后岗位需求表》。

三、  Benefits

Into the station, will be full-time in Shenzhen, the work of the Institute for Advanced Study offers competitive remuneration:

A remuneration:

1.薪酬待遇：提供税前不低于34Million/年的综合年薪（含深圳市免税补贴18万/年）。如入选国家“博新计划”、国家“引进计划”等优秀博士后支持项目，综合年薪税前不低于54Million/年；

2.人才津贴：毕业于世界大学前300强知名院校博士，可申请龙华区20万人才津贴；

3. Living allowance: the world before College 300 strong well-known institutions Dr. May apply Longhua district one-time subsistence allowance 8 million graduation 2 years; and

4.科研支持：龙华区博士后重点科研项目奖励，最高20万；研究成果在区转化并取得良好经济和社会效益的，一次性奖励10万；在站期间可申请电子科技大学相关专业技术职务评审；

5.生活保障：可申请单位过渡性住房或免租入住70平以下的区人才房，年限最长不超过3年；子女入学享受深圳市户籍学生同等待遇。

Two out of the station leaving to Deep Work treatment:

优秀博士后可优先推荐为电子科技大学相应专业技术高级岗位候选人。出站后全职在高等研究院工作的，除享受高等研究院福利待遇外，协助申请市、区出站博士后资助，龙华区提供安家补贴30万，深圳市科研资助30Million.
