陆军，男，汉族，中共党员，江苏苏州人，中国工程院院士，雷达和综合电子信息系统专家。现任嘉兴学院院长、党委副书记、中国电子科技集团首席科学家，获国家科学技术进步奖特等奖，国防科学技术进步一等奖，以及全国五一劳动奖章、国资委优秀党员、光华工程科技奖等。作为带头人的预警机团队获国家科技部“创新团队”称号。

浙江省医学电子与数字健康重点实验室由中国工程院院士、嘉兴学院校长陆军院士担任实验室主任，是浙江省顶尖人才项目“鲲鹏行动”计划的重要科研载体。实验室依托嘉兴学院，以“健康中国”战略，浙江省建设“互联网+”、生命健康、新材料三大世界科创高地战略为导向，整合嘉兴学院优质科研资源，采用“1+N+X”的组织模式，联合知名大学、科研院所、大型医院、龙头企业，深入开展电子信息与生命健康交叉研究，成体系解决生命健康领域的全时空感知、网络化协同、智能化管控等科学问题，带动数字健康产业，提高自主可控能力，助力人民生命健康。

洪淳亨院士及团队平台介绍

洪淳亨（Soon Hyung Hong），男，美国西北大学材料科学与工程博士。拥有35年的多功能纳米复合材料、金属复合材料研发、成果转化及项目管理经验，是该领域成就卓越的国际顶尖专家。现任嘉兴学院纳米技术研究院院长，校尖峰团队“纳米复合材料设计制造与应用”研究团队负责人。

长期致力于多功能纳米复合材料以及金属复合材料研发，掌握多功能纳米复合材料及仿生纳米核心应用技术，发表科学期刊文章263篇，拥有专利50余项，主持参与多个研发项目，涉及项目经费超过6,000万美金。研究成果被广泛应用于军事、医疗、汽车等诸多领域。

阿列克谢·西米亚诺夫（Alexey Semyanov），男，欧洲神经学界杰出专家之一，长期从事大脑突触外信号和神经元-胶质细胞相互作用的研究，现任嘉兴学院神经科学研究中心主任，校尖峰团队“神经生物学”研究团队负责人。

作为首席科学家，主持参与过神经生物学、神经药理学、神经解剖学等领域15项重大欧洲科研项目，获研发经费1000余万美元，发表各类期刊论文70余篇，专著2部，拥有10项专利，担任国际神经学科20余类科学期刊的主编、副主编、评审和编委会成员，主持过19次国际神经科学大会。

神经生物学研究团队依托神经科学研究中心聚焦大脑中的非神经元细胞-胶质细胞，探究神经元-胶质细胞相互作用的机制，开展在衰老过程中星形胶质细胞的病理生理变化及分子机制研究，探讨胶质细胞作为治疗老年痴呆等常见重大疾病新靶点的新生物学机制。
