南京财经大学是省教育厅主管的全额拨款事业单位，位于江苏省南京市仙林大学城文苑路3号。为更好地选拔优秀适岗人才，充实人才队伍，优化师资结构，南京财经大学现面向社会公开招聘优秀人才。根据《江苏省事业单位公开招聘人员办法》等规定，现将有关事项公告如下：

三、考核方式和实施办法

考核前，南京财经大学将对进入试讲、面试人员进行资格复审，复审时须查看应聘人员以下材料的原件：（1）身份证；（2）最高学历、学位证书，国（境）外的学历学位证书须取得教育部中国留学服务中心的认证证书；（3）提供其他相关材料原件、复印件（如专业技术职务资格证书、英语和计算机的等级证书、发表论文、获奖证书、科研成果等）。

通过资格复审的应聘人员，应按照学校通知的时间和地点按时参加考核，否则按弃考处理。

（二）Bandstand

试讲内容以招聘岗位要求相关的专业知识及综合能力为主，主要测试应聘人员的教育教学能力，对课堂教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学组织及教学效果作出评价。试讲成绩达到60分（满分100分）为合格。在试讲合格者中，根据试讲成绩从高分到低分的顺序，按各招聘岗位拟聘用人数1：3确定面试人选，不足该比例的按实际人数确定面试人选。

（四）采用百分制计算应聘人员总成绩，总成绩满分为100分，试讲和面试成绩均当场告知考生。报考岗位最终成绩计算方法：最终成绩＝试讲成绩×40%+面试成绩×60%。若总成绩出现并列，则按照面试成绩高者优先的原则确定体检人员。
