北京理工大学长三角研究院(嘉兴)是由北京理工大学和嘉兴市人民政府共同举办的新型高端科研机构(事业单位),是北京理工大学推进学科交叉创新、高层次人才产教融合培养、科技创新与成果转化的“办学功能拓展区”,致力于服务国家战略和长三角区域经济社会发展,服务北京理工大学“双一流”建设。研究院按照“院士领衔、团队落地、属地发展”的人才队伍建设机制打造一流科技创新团队,实行PI科研创新团队发展模式,高水平人才全面融入北京理工大学人才队伍引育体系。
十大创新研究中心介绍
(1)复杂网络协同探测与控制创新研究中心
Subject areas: information and Communication Engineering, instrument science and Technology, Control Science and technology, Optical Engineering, Computer Science and technology.
研究方向:极端条件探测、协同组网传输、跨域集群牵制控制。
(2)智能网联与智慧交通创新研究中心
Subject areas: information and Communication Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering.
Research interests: intelligent network with the full domain information acquisition and processing, intelligent transportation cloud control platform accurate decision-making and closed-loop control, and complex scenes vehicle road collaborative digital twins and smart evaluation.
(3)微纳器件及系统新研究中心
Subject areas: integrated science and Engineering, Electronic Science and technology, weapons science and Technology, Information and Communication Engineering, Materials Science and engineering and physics.
研究方向:微纳量子结构与器件、卫星互联网关键技术与芯片、精细成像太赫兹芯片与系统、智能感知芯片与系统。
(4)智能无人系统创新研究中心
学科领域:机械工程、电子科学与技术、自动化、控制科学与工程、电气工程、动力工程及热物理、信息与通信工程、航空宇航科学与技术、兵器科学与技术、仪器科学与技术。
Research interests: intelligent network new energy car theory and technology, multi-domain Intelligent Mobility Platform technology, unmanned systems, advanced power and new energy, unmanned systems and the cluster control, intelligent detection navigation and control.
(5)公共安全与智慧应急创新研究中心
Subject areas: information and Communication Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Safety Science and engineering, weapons science and technology, mechanics.
Research direction: the city of operational safety intelligent monitoring, hazardous chemicals and new energy security, safety, protection and intelligent operations, intelligence, security and emergency rescue.
(6)智能制造与工业互联网创新研究中心
Subject area: mechanical, materials, physics, chemistry, information, computer, and optical.
Research interests: non-silicon micro-nano manufacturing, new semiconductor materials preparation and device, three-dimensional nano-fabrication of the new principles with intelligent detection, Industrial Internet of intelligent manufacturing systems.
(7)网络安全与信息对抗创新研究中心
Subject areas: cyberspace security, information and Communication Engineering, Electronic Science and technology, mathematics, computer science and technology.
Research direction: network and electromagnetic space security, the empty days the network with secure communication, data exchange security and confrontation, social governance and intelligence community.
(8)智能传感创新研究中心山
Subject areas: Optical Engineering, instrument science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, Physics, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Control Engineering.
Research directions: the main passive imaging smart sensing technology, microwave photonic smart sensing technology, quantum smart sensing technology, intelligent simulation test platform and technology.
(9)物质科学创新研究中心山
学科领域:材料、化学、机器类。
研究方向:能源材料及化学电源设计、能源材料研发、电化学器件集成与应用。
(10)数字经济创新研究中心
Subject areas: Management Science and engineering, business administration, Applied Economics, Computer Science and technology.
研究方向:数字低碳、数字健康、数字治理、数字乡村。
Application conditions
1. Outstanding Youth Science Fund projects overseas, the applicant shall meet the following conditions:
(1)to comply with PRC laws and regulations, has a good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the new era scientists spirit;
(2)date of birth in 1983 Year 1 month 1 day up to and including later;
(3)have a doctoral degree; and
(4)the study the main direction of Science, Engineering, Technology, etc.;
(5)in the PhD after to 2023 years 3 months 15 days ago, should generally be in overseas universities, research institutions, enterprises and R & D institutions to obtain formal teaching or research positions, and having a continuous period of 36 months or more of work experience; in the overseas PhD and performance is particularly prominent, may be appropriate to relax the work experience requirements;
(6)Made counterparts experts recognized scientific or technical and other achievements, and has become the academic leaders or distinguished talent development potential;
(7)申请人尚未全职回国(来华)工作,或者2022年1月1日以后▣国(来华)工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作,全职回国(来华)工作不少于3年。
2. Limit requirement
The implementation of the Central departments concerned about the National Science and technology talent program integrated convergence requirements. The same level of National Science and technology talent program can only take one item, not the inverse hierarchy of the application.
Funding model
Funding intensity: 100-300 million.
Funding period: 3 years.
