Unit introduction

衢州学院是一所以工为主，多科协调发展的全日制应用型普通本科院校，浙江省首批应用型大学建设试点示范院校，坐落于素有“四省通衢”之称的国家历史文化名城浙江省衢州市。2021年被列为教育部新一轮本科教育教学审核评估试点院校，力争2023年成功获批专业硕士学位授权点。根据2022年软科中国大学排名，学校在全国本科高校中位列第384名。根据2022年GDI中国大学排名（主榜），学校在全国本科高校中位列第334名。

学校现有化学与材料工程学院、机械工程学院、建筑工程学院、电气与信息工程学院、商学院、教师教育学院、外国语学院/国际教育学院、马克思主义学院、创业学院、体育工作部等10个学院（部），开设涉及工学、教育学、管理学、经济学、文学、理学、艺术学等7大学科门类的本科专业29个，现有全日制普通本专科学生8300余人。拥有省级一流学科4个，省级重点实验室1个、省级工程研究中心2个、林业和草原国家创新联盟1个、省级科技创新服务平台4个、省级产业创新服务综合体3个。拥有国家级一流本科专业1个、国家级一流本科课程2门，省级一流本科专业11个、省级优势特色专业6个、省级一流课程78门，入选中职与应用型本科一体化培养试点专业1个。拥有省级博士创新站7个，市级博士工作站/创新站106个。获省科技进步奖、省自然科学奖和省哲学社会优秀成果奖等省部级以上奖项9项，决策咨询报告多次获省委、省政府、省政协主要领导批示。

学校现有教职工730人，专任教师566人，其中具有博士学位教师220人。拥有院士团队2个，国家“引才计划”人才1人，教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”人才1人，享受国务院政府特殊津贴人员1人，省“引才计划”人才2人，省“151人才工程”第二、三层次人选22人次，省高校领军人才培养计划人选10人，市级以上各类“人才工程（计划）”228人次。

学校强化“融入衢州、立足浙江、面向全国”的发展定位，连续举办服务发展大会，实施服务区域发展专项行动，着力建设现代产业学院、行业研究院等开放融合平台。推进与浙大衢州“两院”、东南数字经济发展研究院和绿色金融研究院的共建共享，借力电子科大长三角研究院（衢州）、西南政法大学等的赋能升级，牵头联合武夷学院、上饶师范学院、黄山学院成立浙闽赣皖四省边际应用型大学联盟和省际绿色制造产教融合联盟，助推衢州四省边际中心城市建设。

6. Made counterparts experts recognized scientific or technical and other achievements, and has become the academic leaders or distinguished talent development potential;

7. The applicant has not been a full-time return home（China）work, or 2022 years 1 month 1 day after returning（China）work. Funded notification must quit work abroad or overseas without a job, full-time repatriation（China）work of not less than 3 years.

01国家资助

1. Funding intensity: 100-300 million yuan;

2. Funding period: 3 years.

02学校配套

1.聘任为正高级专业技术职务，提供100万元以上的年薪，可根据学校政策享受绩效分配和科研及社会服务收入，叠加国家和地方奖励；

2.提供160平米购房补贴，一次性支付安家费60万元，科研启动费300万元以上，提前完成首轮聘期考核给予一次性追加奖励；

3.可自主聘用6名博士（事业编制）作为团队成员；

4.视具体情况协助解决配偶工作；

5.解决子女小学、初中九年一贯制的教育。

03地方奖励

1. 衢州市给予获批人才一次性奖励200万元；

2.衢州市给予获批人才每年人才津贴奖励10万元。
