“丝路人才计划”面向国内外选拔和聘任“丝路将帅人才”“丝路领军人才”“丝路骨干人才”“丝路青年人才”“丝路博士后”，均需具有博士学历及学位，入选者实行合同聘任制和年薪制，提供人才过渡房，可拎包入住，除“丝路博士后”聘期3年外，其余均为事业编制，聘期5年。研究所在引进人才的配偶工作、子女入学等方面予以全面支持。特殊领域的紧缺人才不受本公告条件限制，按“一事一议”协商引进。

具有扎实的理论基础、较高的学术水平和较强的科研能力，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，年龄不超过35岁，年薪30-50Millionit.
