Unit introduction

Application conditions

Outstanding Youth Science Fund projects overseas, the applicant shall meet the following conditions:

（1）to comply with PRC laws and regulations, has a good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the new era scientists spirit;

（2）date of birth in 1983 Year 1 month 1 day up to and including later;

（3）have a doctoral degree; and

（4）research direction mainly for the Natural Sciences, Engineering Technology, etc.;

（5）in the PhD after to 2023 years 3 months 15 days ago, should generally be in overseas universities, research institutions, enterprises and R & D institutions to obtain formal teaching or research positions, and having a continuous period of 36 months or more of work experience; in the overseas PhD and performance is particularly prominent, may be appropriate to relax the work experience requirements;

（6）Made counterparts experts recognized scientific or technical and other achievements, and has become the academic leaders or distinguished talent development potential;

（7）the applicant has not been a full-time return home（China）work, or 2022 years 1 month 1 day after returning（China）work. Funded notification must quit work abroad or overseas without a job, full-time repatriation（China）work of not less than 3 years.

限项要求：The implementation of the Central departments concerned about the National Science and technology talent program integrated convergence requirements. The same level of National Science and technology talent program can only take one item, not the inverse hierarchy of the application.

Support policy

优青（海外）项目入选者可根据个人意愿选择主聘单位，并在学校和实验室之间进行双聘。除获得国拨经费资助外，还将享受主聘单位配套支持以及双聘待遇it.

East China Normal University配套待遇：主聘于华东师范大学的申请人享受学校海外优青各项待遇，包括：纳入学校“紫江优秀青年学者”青年高层次人才计划，参照世界一流大学相应职位，提供有竞争力的薪酬和房贴；根据国拨经费额度至少进行1:1配套，提供充足的科研经费支持；支持科研团队建设，优先保证研究生招生名额，可授予博导资格；提供良好的科研办公环境及充足的空间；提供学校周边可直接拎包入住的周转房；享受上海市最佳医疗资源；帮助解决子女入学问题，享受从幼儿园到高中的全市优质基础教育资源（学校隔条马路便达）。

（学校还积极为符合条件者申报上海市、区县各类人才计划和补贴计划，入选之后待遇将大幅提升）

兼聘华东师大的申请人待遇：按照教学科研工作量享受相应津贴以及学校教职工的相关福利（如子女入学）等。

Harbor Laboratory配套待遇：主聘于实验室的申请人享受实验室海外优青各项待遇，包括：提供具有绝对市场竞争力的薪酬和房贴。提供充足且稳定的科研经费支持和具有国际竞争力的科研装备平台和办公、实验室用房。提供全方位专业人才保障服务，协调解决人才公寓、落户、配偶就业和子女入学入园等需求。

兼聘临港实验室的申请人待遇：承担（参与）实验室重大项目、共享博士研究生指标等。
