1.具有中华人民共和国国籍，享有公民的政治权利；坚持四项基本原则，拥护党的路线、方针、政策。

3.身体健康。
4.具备报考岗位要求的资格条件的人员须同时具有学历、学位证书。
5.资格条件中有大学英语四级或六级要求的，需提供相应的合格证书，只有四级或六级考试成绩通知单的，相应的成绩原则上不低于425分。
