西湖大学芯片数字化生产技术研究中心聚焦物联网、人工智能、生命健康等产业相关的多批次、小批量芯片的快速和经济生产所需的装备研制和工艺开发；通过探索新的光刻原理和技术，研制产率和精度双突破的无掩模曝光机满足芯片数字化生产的需要。中心将携手产业界，努力提高后摩尔时代芯片的集成度和社会渗透度。

二、招聘岗位及条件

1.招聘岗位：博士后3名

2.岗位职责：

（1）在中心研究员指导下，负责中心光刻项目核心部件的开发；

（2）撰写相关技术专利材料；

（3）申请相关技术的纵向和横向科研经费；

（4）撰写相关技术开发报告和发表学术论文；

（5） 负责相关设备采购信息的收集和配合学校采购中心推进设备采购工作；

（6）依需要参加国内国际会议。

3.招聘要求：

（2）有光学专业或材料化学或微纳加工相关专业知识和实验经验；

（3）热爱科研/研发工作，工作抗压能力强；

（4）有光纤光学/结构光学/固态电化学反应相关研究经验者优先。
