College of life Sciences, Yu Xiao Jie Laboratory of antibody engineering and cancer immunotherapy laboratory, the main research direction is the use of agonistic antibodies \uff08agonistic antibody activated immune agonist of the receptor to the treatment of cancer. Research work published in Nature and the Cancer Cell and other journals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Research projects include:<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. the use of antibody engineering techniques to explore the antibody epitope, subtype and affinity of agonistic antibodies of the impact;<\/span><\/p>\n

\uff082\uff09used a mouse model to explore the agonistic antibody treatment of cancer of the basic mechanisms, and these mechanisms into new therapeutic method;<\/span><\/p>\n

\uff083\uff09with antibody engineering to improve existing cancer antibody immunotherapy, including agonistic antibody therapy, immune checkpoint blockade therapies, immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy and the direct targeting antibody therapy direct-targeting antibody therapy centre.<\/span><\/p>\n
